I've been fooling around with seamless tiles over the last couple of days and decided to upload this one. I've included a 12x12 patterned paper using the tile in the zip for those of you who don't want to bother with loading the .pat file, and a png file of just the tile for older versions of Photoshop. My readme has been updated so please see it for more information. (Commercial use is still ok!) Thanks.
